A walk through is performed for a Home Performance Analysis and Airflow evaluation.

We record the make/model and serial number of your heater, air conditioner and hot water heater for your efficiency evaluation.

We tour the outside cracks, gaps, holes and loose material.

We go up into your attic to check your current insulation.

A blower door test is performed as a module in this service.

Our state-of-the-art infrared camera highlights areas of air leakage and penetration into your home. A digital camera picture is also taken to mark the exact spot.

Your comprehensive healthy energy audit report is prepared within 2-3 business days showing all the potential areas for improvement found including side-by-side digital and infrared pictures where applicable. We supply an indication of the cost effectiveness of making the improvements as well as the names and number of contractors to help you perform the improvements (upon your request).

Our energy efficiency analysis of your mechanical systems will recommend the cost effective viability of replacing them. A duct blaster test can be performed on your air conditioning ducts for $150 surcharge or we can show you how to make basic improvements to your ductwork using mastic tape and common sense.
