A clear leak in the floor joists. Indicates some part of the exterior wall was not insulated, or they took out the insulation to fix a pipe and never put it back.

Air leaking out from between the fireplace brick and the trim that was added. Not a very noticeable problem in the digital picture. Also note the tiny leak in the floorboards.
